Hybrid hands-on data science tutorial for staff and students at SickKids and beyond, offered by the Centre for Computational Medicine (CCM)

Hands-on tutorials to help build skills required in Precision Child Health, data science and bioinformatics. The training is prepared for staff and trainees at SickKids and beyond by the <a href="http://ccm.sickkids.ca" title="http://ccm.sickkids.ca" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Centre for Computational Medicine</a> (CCM).This is a hybrid event offered both in-person and online.Topics include:<ul><li>Data exploration</li><li>Preparing data for analysis</li><li>Data visualization using ggplot</li></ul> No prior knowledge of programming is required. We encourage you to bring your laptop to practice data analysis steps under our guidance.
