Impacts of COVID-19 on population needs and housing equity.

Which areas of Central Indiana have experienced an increase in calls for help? Which populations have experienced a higher increase in needs? What needs have increased the most? Which neighborhoods are most susceptible to housing instability as a result of COVID-19?In March, SAVI created the <a href="http://www.savi.org/coronavirus-data-hub/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Coronavirus Data Hub</a> to help practitioners and policy makers during the COVID-19 public health crisis and to provide Central Indiana residents with data about the spread and effect of the virus. The Coronavirus Data Hub includes several dashboards, data, and maps about Indiana’s situation and its information is updated regularly.This event is made possible by the partnership of The Indianapolis Public Library, WFYI Public Media, and SAVI, with support from the Civic Switchboard and Sun King Brewing. Our friends at Sun King Brewing will be providing drawing prizes for early registrants and engaged participants, 21 years and older, during the event.
