Interested in utilizing data to inform practices to improve student outcomes?

Join us for this one-day Data Day workshop, where you will learn ways to access, analyze, and utilize data to inform practices and support offered to your students and measure the impact of services and interventions offered through your counseling program. 


This workshop will include a balance of content delivery and participant engagement. Content will be developed and delivered by Inspire Success and will include:

  • Accessing Data
  • Data analysis by level/school 
  • SMART Goals 
  • Levels discussion around interventions, support, and assessment 

If your team members can’t attend, take the content back to your team and hold your own data day! 


Learning objectives: 

Participants will be able to: 

  • Locate data
  • Identify data elements to inform counseling practices within a multi-tiered, multi-domain system of support
  • Collect and utilize data in all comprehensive counseling domains (academic, college/career, and social-emotional development), counselor wellness, trauma-informed strategies, and tier 1 counseling curriculum to inform school counselor practices  
  • Collect and utilize Indiana Graduates Prepared to Succeed metrics to improve student outcomes:
    • K-8:  Advance MS Coursework, 21st Century Enrollment, Attendance, 9th Grade On-track, Employability Skills Credentials
    • 9-12: High School Graduation On Track, AP/Dual Credit (Indiana College Core), Attendance, Graduation Pathway Completion, College/Career Credentials, Strength of Diploma, FAFSA Completion, WBL Opportunities 


Who Should Participate 

While school teams are encouraged to participate in this workshop, individuals may also attend. Team members may include: administrator, school counselor, school psychologist, school social worker, and teacher.

If you need to pay for your registration via invoice, you may do so by selecting your ticket and then choosing the invoice option at check out.


Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made before the payment settles (usually within 24 hours) will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made 7 calendar days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will receive a 75% refund.
