Join JSOFT for our August meetup: Data, Dashboards, &amp; Decision Making - An update from the JSOFT community about how the DoD has been leveraging modern data science and machine learning. We will separate hype from reality and answer the burning question, "Can you really just sprinkle some AI on it?"Our panelists include:<ul><li><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/kristin-saling-a8604b19/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kristin Saling</a> is the Acting Director for People Analytics in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs.</li><li><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/jazminfurtado/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Jazmin Furtado</a> is a Captain in the United States Space Force focused on building the DoD to enable AI.</li><li><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/richard-s-kuzma/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Richard Kuzma</a> is an Army officer, data scientist, and researcher at the CASOS Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.</li><li><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/aaroncswain/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Aaron Swain</a> is a grey-haired, retired Army Data Scientist who now lives at the intersection of DevOps and Data at VMware. </li><li><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/perkinsjm/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Jim Perkins</a> is the President of JSOFT, a technologist, and an Army officer.</li></ul>About JSOFTFounded in 2020, JSOFT is a community of digital technologists - engineers, product managers, UX designers, acquisitions experts, and leaders in and out of uniform - who are building the tools for better national security.
