Dark Star Orchestra

Dark Star Orchestra has been performing to critical acclaim for over 25 years with over 3100 shows. The Dark Star Orchestra keeps the memory of the Grateful Dead concert experience alive. Dark Star Orchestra will take the stage at approximately 6:00 PM playing a full two set show.

Each performance, the Dark Star Orchestra decides on performing one show from among the two thousand that the Grateful Dead originally performed during their 30 years. The Dark Star Orchestra presents the complete original Grateful Dead set list, song by song, and in order, with uncanny faithful interpretation. Many people swear they’re listening to the original Grateful Dead.

With their first ever visit to Carbondale, Colorado prepare for a memorable festival of music at River Valley Ranch. Local food truck vendors, beer tents, The Dead Head VIP experience and more await you at this year’s benefit concert.
