Daring to Thrive 3.0 is a comprehensive program that provides a supportive and educational experience for GU faculty and staff at all levels and departments to thrive.

We combine wellness + leadership for personal and communal transformation through:

 practicing new wellness habits

 enhancing our leadership skills and presence to bring clarity, authenticity, and

courage to our teams, homes, and communities

 fostering a mindset for growth, possibility, creativity, and potential

 upping our emotional intelligence and communication skills

 discovering ways to inspire and enhance a culture of wellness around us
