AI is here and it is bringing profound changes to how we live and work. In a digital world that’s rapidly evolving, our ability to thrive depends on something timeless: the inner skills that make us fully human.


Daring to Thrive is a new series designed to help you get ahead of the curve—equipping you with the vital soft skills to adapt, innovate, and thrive in ways only humans can.


In our monthly one-hour live Zoom workshops, you’ll cultivate the soft skills that nurture grounded wisdom, adaptability, and meaningful connection in a world of rapid technological change.


Each session focuses on a specific soft skill. Through embodied practices, guided reflection, and group dialogue, you’ll learn practical tools and soulful insights to:


  • Stay grounded and present amid distraction and digital overload
  • Build emotional agility and compassionate boundaries
  • Spark courageous creativity
  • Deepen your relational intelligence and ability to connect
  • Cultivate curiosity, adaptability, and focused intention
  • Create rituals that sustain joy and resilience
  • Share wellness with the community in the dawn of AI
