Considerations

Do the leaders in your organization spend an unreasonable amount of time managing problematic behaviors?

Does your existing culture foster an environment where smart risks are taken, supportive coaching is the norm and supervisors feel equipped to provide clear feedback?

Does finger pointing and blame outweigh the presence of accountability and learning?

Has it been your experience that people are opting out of vital conversations about diversity and inclusivity because they fear looking wrong, saying something wrong, or being wrong?

When something goes wrong within your organization, are individuals and teams rushing into ineffective or unsustainable solutions rather than staying with problem identification and solving?

Is it your experience that the same problems continue to resurface? Do the people in your organization have and use tools to remain calm and engaged in conflict?

Are your organizational values gauzy and assessed in terms of aspirations rather than actual behaviors that can be taught, measured, and evaluated?

Are perfectionism and fear or being wrong keeping people from learning and growing? Are there areas of your organization that would benefit from minimizing perfectionism to boost creativity and innovation?

What would it mean to your organization to learn new patterns of critical awareness and behaviors that empower leaders to live and lead from their values and with increased authenticity, courage and connection?

Leadership is less about titles and the corner office than it is about fostering a courageous culture and setting clear expectations so people know what is expected, encouraged and rewarded within your organization.

Courageous leadership is contagious. And to scale daring leadership and build courage within your teams and organization, we must do the brave work and have the tough conversations.

But how? With so much unknown, and our organizations and the people we serve feeling as disconnected and distant as ever? When the integration of diversity, equity and inclusion is needed now more than ever? And when fear, uncertainty and overwhelm are a common experience.

About The Dare To Lead™ Program

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage building program.

The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.

Individuals who successfully complete the full 24-hour Dare to Lead™ program will receive a certificate of completion and are allowed to put the Dare to Lead™ Trained badge on their LinkedIn profile.

Who Needs to Attend

Anyone who wants to grow in their leadership. Who is a leader? Anyone who sees potential in others and chooses to encourage and grow that potential. Basically all of us.

What Past Participants are Saying~

"The connection created amongst the group was one of the highlights of this experience. It was clear that a safe and connected space was really important to Pam. I valued that all voices were continuously respected and heard."

"Pam facilitated the sessions in a way that allowed processing and practice of the concepts and behaviors I need to Dare to Lead. I left each session feeling more confident in my knowledge and capacity as a leader and how to apply the practices brave leaders use and lean into. "

"My learning was deep and empowering. I would have loved more sessions to practice with the cohort I grew together with and love."
