Wildlight Yoga

Join Eli for this one-day introduction to the ancient art of Daoyin. We will open our bodies and cultivate wild energy as we hop, crawl, and roll through different animal forms. We will unlock the playful expressiveness of the body by channeling the five elements of fire, earth, metal, water, and wood.Daoyin is the mother of tai chi, qi gong, and even Chinese opera. It can be wild and theatrical, calm and meditative, and everything in between. It will give you the charisma of Brando and the abs of Britney, but that’s beside the point. Daoyin is a joyous expression of life!No experience necessary. Bring Your Own Body!There is free parking around the corner from Wildlight on the side streets, about a three minute walk away.
