You’re Invited to Our Dandelion Field Collecting Days!


Cost: Free – All ages welcome

Come enjoy nature, connect with others, and help collect fresh dandelions for Naturally Inspirational products.

Collection Days (Weather Dependent):

Saturday, May 3rd: 12PM – 4PM

Sunday, May 4th: 3PM – 6PM

Backup Dates if Rained Out:

Saturday – Tuesday, May 10th–13th: 10AM – 4PM Daily

Location:

Near 5806–5998 Beaverton Rd, Beaverton, MI 48612

Important Notes Before You Come:

• Do not arrive outside of listed hours. Sara is the only one with permission to access the property.
• We will not be near the barns or houses—these areas are off-limits per our agreement.
• The main gate MUST stay closed at all times. Please latch it after entering to respect the farmer’s request.
• Sara will park her white van with “Naturally Inspirational” on the back windows just inside the gate—this is your marker!

What to Bring:

• Basket or bag (Sara has a few extras)
• Warm clothes and sunscreen (it’s often chilly and sunny)
• Proper shoes and long pants (some herbs are prickly)
• Gloves (optional), snacks, and water
• A blanket or chair (there will be no tables or seating—wind is too strong)
  

Sara will provide:

• Blueberry pickers to help with dandelion gathering
• A few buckets and extra bags
• A welcoming, peaceful experience where we connect through nature and community

Parking Info:

Please do not drive into the field. Parking is available along the road or down at the pumpkin patch—then walk down to the field gate.

Service is spotty, so please text or call Sara at 989-600-8856 if you’re on the way or running late. If you message, she’ll do her best to keep an eye out, but she may not hear the phone while in the field.

Join us for our Annual Dandelion Learning & Hands-On Collection Event hosted by Sara Whitman of Naturally Inspirational. This cherished spring tradition brings the community together to learn about dandelions, gather them by hand, and enjoy a relaxing, educational day in nature.

What to Expect:

• Discover the benefits and many uses of dandelions
• Participate in hands-on plant collecting and fun discussions
• Enjoy the fresh air, sunshine, and time to connect with others
• A welcoming space for all ages – perfect for families and friends

What You’ll Receive:

• One complimentary bottle of homemade dandelion wine per family (Adults only)
• A jar of dandelion jelly for families attending with children

Important Scheduling Note:
This event takes place over multiple sunny days in May when the flowers are fully in bloom. Since weather and bloom timing can vary, the exact dates will be chosen closer to time.
