Mechanical dance attracts more and more young people with its unique charm and style. This mechanical dance training activity provides a platform for the majority of dance lovers to learn, exchange and display, through systematic training, to help students master the basic skills of mechanical dance, improve the level of dance, feel the unique charm of mechanical dance.

Young people who are interested in mechanical dance, regardless of age or gender, have a certain dance foundation.

Activity content

1. Mechanical dance basic knowledge

Introduction to the origin and development of mechanical dance.

Basic dance terms and movement analysis.

Cultivation and practice of dance music rhythm sense.

2. Teaching basic dance skills

Teaches the basic movements of mechanical dance, such as locking, waves, walking, etc.

Break down the movements and make sure the student understands every detail.
