Dancin in the Dirt - June 15, 2024
Come join us for an evening of fun and music at the Snohomish County Sherrif's Posse arena at 5424 S Machias Rd! Get your boots on and dance the evening away. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to have a good time, this event is for you. Dance teacher and DJ Jennifer Workman will start the evening off with an hour of dance instruction. Also featuring the dance team West Coast Country Heat and That Candid Capture Photography.
Everyone, all ages, is welcome.
- Limited seating, so please consider bringing your own camp/beach chairs and/or a beach blanket
- Light refreshements will be available for purchase
- $30 per ticket
- One ticket per car/SUV/truck. So invite your friends and family ("as many as can fit")
- Only 60 Eventbrite tickets are available for this event

Everyone, of all ages are welcome.
Our experienced dance instructor will be teaching a variety of couple and line dances. So you will be able to learn them and then practice with your friends and neighbors.
We hope to! If this event is a success, we would like to plan a larger event, with more food options, more parking, and (hopefully) a wooden dance floor. So, if you like this event, speak up and let us know!
Our main parking area only holds about 60 cars. If this event is a success, and we have more events this summer, the ground dry out and we can add our back field as parking. So that we can have more cars.
It is a BIG arena. So PLEASE bring as many people as will fit in your car/van/pickup (legally of course). We want to FILL THE PLACE UP!
Let us know approximately how many folks you are bringing. That way we can better plan the food and beverages so that we are sure we won't run out. :-)
Fresh-baked goods, snacks, water, energy drinks, chips, etc. We may be able to offer more substantial fare, so stay tuned. This is our first soiree, so we are hustling to figure out what we are allowed to do.
If for some reason, if there is an emergency or other circumstances beyond our control, and we have to cancel, we will refund your ticket (minus Eventbrite's costs, which they won't refund). Other than that, it is a non-refundable $30 fundraiser! Thanks for understanding!
