You'll move through a full somatic arc - designed so your body leads the transformation, not your head. From stuck to open, from fear to courage, from numb to desirous and alive. We begin with a centering practice to drop you into your body, move through a guided exploration, and close with rest and integration so you leave grounded, clear and lit up.

Think of it like a yoga class, but instead of a mat, your whole body gets to move through the room. There's a clear flow and you're always guided. You'll never be left wondering what to do next.
