Don't You Feel It Too? is the simple and beautiful act of dancing your inner nature in public places. It’s participatory art, mind-body practice, social healing, and physical exercise. Everyone can do it. Dare to Dance!

JOIN OUR GROUP TO CREATE DEFIANT JOY and RANDOM ACTS OF DANCE KINDNESS!
Do something daring. De-stress. Get some exercise. And change the patterns of the world toward more freedom and joy! Take dance breaks every day, or join a daily group session. You can do it wherever you are, whenever you have a few minutes. Grab headphones, play your pocket music, and dance in the streets! 
 
HOW TO DO DANCEBREAK 2018--1) Register to dance, 2) Schedule your dance, and 3) Do the dance.
 
&gt;&gt;&gt; 1) REGISTER to dance. Once you’re registered you will receive a confirmation email. Registration closes at 5:00PM, May 16. (Yes, you can join us mid-week!)
&gt;&gt;&gt; 2) SCHEDULE your dance

Get out your calendars, and enter TWO OR THREE five-minute dance breaks each day, May 14-18. We suggest morning, afternoon, and evening, but feel free to fit it anywhere you like.

When the time comes to dance, go outside, put in your earbuds, and follow these instructions, just 11 words:
</LI>
<LI>"Love your music."</LI>
<LI>"Move honestly, fearlessly."</LI>
<LI>"Feel what you feel."  If you’re feeling nervous, it’s natural. You’ll find your groove soon enough!</LI>
<LI>"Adapt."  Honor your situation and schedule. Adapt your DanceBreaks as needed.</LI>

DAILY DANCESPOT, Mon-Thur, 5:30-6:30pm
Once a day, you have the option to take your DanceBreak with others at a DanceSpot at 5:30pm. Meet others in the practice, and support each other! Everyone is welcome even if you haven't registered.

HAPPY HOUR, Fri, 5:00-7:00pm
Come celebrate with us at the DanceBreak2018 Happy Hour on the last day, Friday, May 18. Dancing, chatting, and snacks (provided by DYFIT).
