Shing - certified group fitness and pop pilates instructor. Created Partner pilates and had taught pilates class in her corporate job. Her passion with pole fitness, dance, and pilates inspired her to incorporate dancing in both cardio and pilates.Kristia is a certified Pilates teacher and NASM Certified Personal Trainer based in New York City. She has a passion for helping the community build healthy lifestyles and achieve wellness through mindful exercises.
