This event is a combination of movement meditation and ecstatic dance, which aims to create a space of containment to journey through breath, movement, dance, sound, and your intention to connect with different parts of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body.
During this journey, we are to set the intention to liberate ourselves from chains, limitations, blockages, memories, and beliefs that had kept us bound into a constricted low-vibration reality.
We are going to celebrate our ancestors who walked the path before us for our freedom.
We are going to breathe deeply and connect with our body and soul, allowing our body to move freely without the conditioning and restrictions of our mind, finding our rhythm.
This practice was created by me as a result of my studies and practice in the areas of ecstatic dance, sound, frequencies, movement, shamanic journeys, and the study of the physical and energetic bodies.
My work consists of creating the space and guiding the path where you can travel through with the purpose of releasing tensions, resistances, toxins, stress, emotional burdens, limiting beliefs.
By opening this new space inside your body, you can now receive more light, new programming, and high vibrational energy that allows you to connect with higher states of your spirit.
I will guide you on this Journey through the following phases:
- Opening of sacred space.
- Alignment with the energy of Mother Earth and the Universe through our intentions, movements, and breathing.
- Body warm-up movements accompanied by breathing techniques to begin to open the body.
- Dynamic shaking movement to begin to release stagnant energy. (No recommended for pregnant women!!!)
- Ecstatic dance under a guided intention to go deeper into the body and continue releasing.
- Ecstatic dance under a guided intention to align ourselves to receive the energy we intend to recharge our body.
- Relaxation, lying on the floor in stillness, while our consciousness enters a state of meditation.
- Guided meditation.
- Closing the practice with guided body stretches, integrating the whole process.
- Closing circle.
This practice is not recommended for pregnant women or anyone going through any mental or physical illness that forbids agitation or heart rate acceleration. Please let me know if you are under any medication, or have any mental, emotional, or physical special conditions before you sign up for the practice.
Event Information:
- We will start at 5:00 pm and finish around 7:00 pm. This is a journey you won’t be able to join after we start, because we need to get you set with the headphones.
- I will provide the headphones. Please bring a state ID to exchange for the use of the headphones.
- Bring your yoga mat to lay on during the relaxation & meditation.
- Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily and lightly.
- There is not bathrooms in the park, a portable toilet may be provided, parking available on site.
- Tickets are not refundable.
- Age restriction 18 and older.
