The Warm-Up: We kick things off with a high-energy warm-up to get your heart rate up, stretch your muscles, and isolate different parts of the body. You'll start finding the rhythm right away. Grooves & Foundations: You will learn the essential building blocks of hip hop bounce, rock, and footwork. We break down the core movements slowly so your body can muscle-memory the feel of the beat. The Routine: Every class features a short, easy-to-follow choreography combination. The instructor will break the routine down step-by-step, counting it out slowly before pumping up the music and putting it all together. The Vibe: It’s all about self-expression and community.
