<p>Meditation does not have to be a still activity. We can bring mindfulness and presence while moving. How do I demonstrate my heart? How do I occupy my soul? How do I inhabit space? These are some of the underlying questions that we move to in this guided 60-minutes of embodiment practice. A curated playlist of music from many genres will support our dance. No partners needed. No dance experience required. No way to do this wrong! Wear comfortable clothing.</p><p>Cost - Free (with a suggested love offering of $5, $10, $15, or $20)</p>
