Overview

A dance-based embodiment workshop designed to support you in releasing self-doubt and unleashing your confidence and self-expression!

Step into your power through movement! In this transformative experience, you’ll be guided through a moving meditation set to a carefully curated playlist that takes you on a journey through the full spectrum of yourself. It's time to get out of your head and drop into your body. You’ll reconnect with the parts of you that are bold and waiting to be expressed, the parts that are tender and ready to heal, and everything in between. As you move, you’ll release self-doubt, awaken your confidence, and step fully into your authentic, radiant self!

We'll begin with a brief journaling session to bring awareness to the parts of you that are ready to be released and to identify what you're ready to reclaim. Then we'll move into the embodiment session where the magic truly happens! Afterwards, we'll reconnect as a group for journaling and discussion on how to integrate this experience into your life moving forward.

Wear clothes that let you move freely and make you feel like the radiant, confident woman you are! Dressing in layers is a good idea in case you get warm or chilly. Don’t forget to bring your journal and a water bottle — beverages are also available for purchase at Glow Fitness.
