Do I need any prior dance experience to join?

No prior experience is required. Our classes are designed to welcome beginners and those new to Sensual Bachata.

Should I bring a dance partner?

No partner is necessary. You can come alone or with friends. Our classes and eventual Learning Lab format encourage individual participation.

What should I wear to the class?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. For shoes, choose ones with smooth soles to facilitate turns and slides.

What is the Learning Lab format?

The Learning Lab is a future goal where students learn collaboratively through peer-to-peer teaching, using structured mini-lessons.

How is this class different from other dance classes?

Our focus is on intuitive learning using the motor cortex approach, with an emphasis on external cues and imagery for a more natural learning experience.
