Daly Building Pre-Proposal Conference

The District of Columbia Office of Public-Private Partnerships (OP3)is charged with building collaborations between the private sector and District government to complete major infrastructure projects and other programs through long-term, performance-based procurements commonly referred to as public-private partnerships, or P3s.

District of Columbia Office of Public-Private Partnerships

The District of Columbia Office of Public-Private Partnerships(DC OP3), in coordination with the Department of General Services (DGS) and Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), will host a pre-proposal conference for the Henry J. Daly Building Project. The pre-proposal conference will provide potential private partners with information on the project scope and the procurement process. Guests will also have the opportunity to network and participate in a tour of the Daily Building, following the event. Tours will be arranged in small groups and a separate  registration will be required to attend the tour.    
Each member of your organization should RSVP separately for the conference through this website.  Please note in your RSVP if you are a registered CBE/SBE. Individuals who would like to register for the tour must email <A HREF="mailto:DalyP3@dc.gov?subject=Daly%20Building%20Tour%20Request" TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">DalyP3@dc.gov</A> with the following information: name, company/organization name, email, and phone. If you have already joined a consortium, please include the name of that consortium or of the lead firm in your email. 
For security purposes, the District must limit the number of individuals on the tour and requests that each firm/company attending only send one individual on the site tour to follow the conference.  Please note that this procurement process will include a preliminary qualification phase and that the consortia/teams selected to move to the final stage of the process will be provided a second opportunity to tour the Daly Building.
