Dairy 101 Workshop

SUMMARY: We will use local milk and cream to make cultured butter, ricotta, and yogurt from scratch. Sample these items with some of our fresh baked sourdough! You will see the full process and have an opportunity to ask questions.

WHAT YOU'LL TAKE HOME: All supplies are included! Everyone will take home a portion of each item we make. Additionally, select a Richland's Dairy product (milk, cream, or ice cream) to enjoy at home. You will also have access to our notes and recipes for future reference.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS: The workshop registration fee is $65 per person. Please make sure you will be able to attend before submitting payment, as we will not be issuing refunds or transfers for cancellations UNLESS we are able to fill your spot. You are also welcome to send someone in your place, if you are no longer able to attend. If you are unable to attend and we are not able to issue you a refund or transfer, you will still be able to come pick up your workshop materials at a later date. This must be scheduled in advance to ensure all materials are available for you when you arrive.

***If the front door is locked when you arrive, please ring the doorbell, and someone will assist you.

***Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before the workshop begins. Everyone will gather in the indoor market area until we are ready to begin.
***Individuals over 15 years old are welcome to attend. Younger kids must be accompanied by an adult.
***Space will be tight! Please be considerate. We will only have room for individuals accepted into the workshop. No room for extra guests.
***Appropriate attire for this workshop: Hair pulled back and covered with a hat or headband, full length pants, and close-toed non-slip shoes. An apron is optional but recommended.
