<P>Cytoscape is the most popular software for analyzing and visualizing molecular networks and biological pathways. Cytoscape has many powerful features for integrating these networks with annotations, gene expression profiles and other state data.</P>
<P>In this clinic, the Cytoscape development team from Trey Ideker’s lab will try something completely new. Attendees at our recent workshops have requested an instructional format where individuals can work through Cytoscape tutorials and pose questions along the way that could be directly addressed by Cytoscape tutors and developers.</P>
<P>In this Winter clinic, we will do exactly that – start with Cytoscape installation and work our way through the online tutorials available at <A HREF="http://opentutorials.cgl.ucsf.edu/index.php/Portal:Cytoscape3" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">http://opentutorials.cgl.ucsf.edu/index.php/Portal:Cytoscape3</A>. Anyone interested in hearing the presentation, working the tutorials, and posing their own Cytoscape-related problems is welcome to attend.</P>

<P>If possible, bring a PC or Mac with Cytoscape already installed or at least attempted.</P>

<P>While we do not charge a fee to attend this event, these and our other events would be unsustainable unless those unable to attend cancelled their reservations no later than 2 days before the event. A no-show can limit your ability to book our events in the future. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.</P>

<P>Parking at UC San Diego’s School of Medicine is available to all faculty, staff, and visitors. The closest parking lots are P602, P603, and the Gilman Parking structure.
