Haven’t been cycling for years?Recently learnt to ride and need more practice?Our cycle improver sessions are for you!Bring your bike or use one of ours and one of our cycle instructors will give yo pointers to improve confidence with using gears, riding in close proximity to others and taking one hand of the handlebars.The sessions will take place in an off-road setting, either on the running track or around Springfield Park
