Online Pre-Registration Dates:

Are there ID requirements to enter the event?
Yes. Please bring the following identification for event check-in:
Industry Attendee - A government issued form of ID (State DL/ID)
Government Attendee (Active Duty Military or Civilian) - A valid government employee ID
Academia Attendee- Academic full-time employee or student ID
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. The cancellation policy is stated as follows:
50% cancellation refund until September 12, 2016. No refunds will be given after September 12, 2016 for cancellations. All cancellations, substitutions or other changes must be sent in writing to the organizer contact or email@example.com. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations, as long as there is no change in the original financial transaction.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, but you must contact the event organizer at afeievent.org for profile/registration updates.
