Information about our moderators:

Art Miller is the owner of the TAB franchise in Oklahoma City. In addition he is a consultant specializing in accounting and corporate finance, primarily engaged in part-time and temporary CFO assignments.

David Clausen has accumulated over 40 years of experience in the technology industry, with a specialization in data and data security. He leads teams responsible for managing large databases that store sensitive medical information.

David is the founder of Emphasis Tech, an industry leader in data management, data integration, cloud migrations, as well as web and mobile application development.

Chris Yates – Director of Network Security at CyberOne Security

Chris is currently part of an elite team of Solutions Architects that are helping customers solve security problems with next generation security products. His specialties are:

Chris has had responsibility for network security as well as network security architecture & design at OG&E and Integris Health. He also currently teaches computer science at several local universities.


Stan Chase – Owner & Founder of NvYA Technology

Stan has been involved in technology for the past thirty years, during which he co-founded three technology companies in Oklahoma:

Ø The Rock Island Group/iBEAM Broadcasting - 1995-2002

Ø Perimeter Technology Center – 2002-2011

Ø NvYA Technology – 2016 - Present

NvYA provides IT Infrastructure management and cloud-based services.

Stan serves on numerous boards and is a mentor for the Oklahoma Entrepreneur Mentor Program. He served in the military for over 24 years and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the Oklahoma National Guard before starting his entrepreneurial and technology career.


Bobbie Duke – INSURICA – University Coverage and Cyber Insurance Analyst

Bobbie left her position as an insurance originator to help establish INSURICA University, where she serves on the Board of Regents. Bobbie teaches Commercial Insurance, Policy Analysis, and Contract Review for the entire INSURICA enterprise.

About 16 years ago Bobbie started studying Cyber Insurance. It is a challenging field because of rapid changes in technology, as well as the advances in cyber-crime and cyber-crime prevention. No one in the Oklahoma City market has a better collection of knowledge and experience in the field of Cyber Insurance.
