About this event

  • 8 hours

This Mental Health First Aid training course is for College of Western Idaho employees only.

Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

In order to have the best possible Mental Health First Aid experience classes must have a minimum of 7 participants. You will be notified at least 1 week in advance if your class is canceled due to low enrollment.

Be sure to check with your supervisor prior to registering for a MHFA training.

Class size is limited. Please be mindful that your registration for this training indicates a commitment from you to attend. If you need to cancel or reschedule let us know as soon as possible so we can open your spot to someone else.

The first two hours of your training will be online, self-paced and must be completed prior to the instructor led training at Nampa Campus Academic Building Room 309 on June 26, 2024 with Christy Babcock and Annie Estvold.
