There is NO entry fee and all participants will receive a CWC Fit 2B Fit Event T-Shirt. Participants will choose their distance and have a 24 hour window during any of the days between June1 -7, 2020 to complete their distance of their choice.

The only requirements to participate are you must:

1. You must be a Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Smithville school district employee or an immediate family member.
2. You must "like" the CWC Facebook and Twitter pages along with "liking" the CWC Facebook Group
3. Please consider making a charitable contribution to any non-for-profit of your choice. This can be a cash or "in-kind" gift.
4. You must share pictures or videos on the CWC social media sites of your participation during or following the event.
5. You must email your name and other family members participating along with the distance 5K/10K/half marathon/full marathon to mhagerty@bssd.net

7. T-Shirts and additional information can be picked up at the Consiglio Wellness Center in Blue Springs 1501 NW Jefferson St, Blue Springs, MO 64015 following registration. Hours on Friday at the CWC are from 7:00 am to 12 noon.
8. Great news! We're extending a welcome to CWC guests to participate in the Commit 2B Fit Virtual Walk/Run. Guests of CWC members will be asked to only pay a $5 charge for the T-shirt. Payment for the T-shirt can be made at the packet pickup prior to the Run/Walk at the Consiglio Wellnes Center.
