Kelli Palmer is the Chief Employee Experience Officer at WillowTree, where she has strategic oversight of and responsibility for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Facilities Operations & Employee Experience, Human Resources Operations, Human Resources Business Partners, Social Impact, and Sustainability. She is also accountable for performance and talent management, employee engagement, and community engagement.

She is also the Founder of IDEA Minds, which partners with clients with the goal of proliferating belonging. Previously she was Head, Organizational Development and Corporate Citizenship at CFA Institute, the largest global association of investment professionals.

Kelli was raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, and attended Elon University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, and where she is currently a Trustee. She received her Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from Wake Forest University, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Virginia.
