In this 3-week class, students will learn to make their own custom cutting board just in time for holiday gift giving.

Wave Pool: A Contemporary Art Fulfillment Center

Make your own cutting board from start to finish using the table saw, jointer, chop saw, plainer, router, hand plain, and cabinet scraper. Students will walk away with a working knowledge of most equipment in Wave Pool's woodshop, a beautiful, hand crafted cutting board to keep or gift, and a jar of food-safe board butter to keep their board looking fresh for years to come. Space is limited, so secure your spot today!$150/person | All materials providedThis class will meet the following Thursdays from 6-9pm:12/5, 12/12, 12/19Note: Interested in becoming a member of Wave Pool's woodshop? This cutting board workshop counts in place of the $30 safety training required of all members.
