Cutting Board basics part 1

Make a durable and beautiful cutting board out of a dense hardwood to use for meats and roasts, or for your every day cutting. This two part class will have you cutting the strips of wood, and then gluing them together on the first day. The second part of the class, which will be one week from today at the same time, we will be sanding them smooth, adding a juice groove, and then profiling the edges easy carrying and sharp look.
