Customer Portal and MAP Training:

This course is designed to introduce participants to the TEP Providers Customer Portal and Middle Application Processing (MAP) System. The Portal will allow TANF customers to submit and upload work activity related documents. MAP System will allow TEP Providers to process and verify documents submitted through the customer portal.
