Whether you're a beginner or a pro, we'll guide you through energizing exercises that fire up your core and help your body flow with ease. Come as you are, bring your vibes, and leave feeling awesome. No fancy gear needed, just your presence and good energy!</p>

7:15 PM — CURVES: Hot Yoga Flow 
A guided hot yoga experience focused on stretching, breathwork, and mindful movement.

7:40 PM — CORE: Pilates Experience 
A Pilates-inspired session featuring core strengthening, movement, and full-body engagement.

8:05 PM — FLOW: Cool Down & Reset ✨
Stretch, breathe, and reconnect with your body through a guided cool-down.

8:15 PM — The Special Treat ✨
Enjoy a special surprise to close out the experience!

8:25 PM — Closing & Community Connection 
Final reflections, gratitude, photos, and goodbyes.
