Attorney Colette Holt will discuss the current legal climate for government diversity programs and how agencies can begin to prepare to consider effective race- and gender-conscious programs if Proposition 16 is adopted.Ms. Holt is a nationally recognized expert in designing, implementing and defending affirmative action programs. Ms. Holt provides legal counsel and consulting services to governments and businesses on procurement and contracting and issues relating to inclusion, diversity and affirmative action. Her firm has over 20 years of experience in the areas of diversity and inclusion for government contracting.This is a Zoom Meeting.
