Who can join the pickup game?

Accepted Answer

The pick-up game is open to Hollywood Curling members and non-members alike, provided that you have at least a Learn to Curl's worth of experience curling. Teams will be a mixture of different skill levels and decided at the time of the event.

What will I gain from the skills lesson?

Accepted Answer

The skills lesson focuses on mastering a specific aspect of curling, so it is accessible both to beginners and seasoned players. Most curlers have an aspect of their game that they can work on, and novices can quickly level up their skills.

What do I need for the Learn to Curl?

Accepted Answer

All equipment is provided, you only need to wear warm clothes and sneakers that do not have a large sole. There is also a waiver to sign before beginning.
