Learn to cure your own olives naturally without the use of lye. Led by local author <A HREF="http://ksolomon.com/about-karen" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="About Karen Solomon" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Karen Solomon</A> of Asian Pickles and Jam It, Pickle It, Cure It, this workshop will begin with an introduction to ​the various forms of olive curing, followed by ​a tasting of marinades and stuffings once your olives have cured. Everyone will prep and take home a jar of fresh-picked olives to cure at home​, along with instructions for care and maintenance.
