Dr. Sophie Pitman (Pleasant Rowland Textile Specialist and Research Director) will take you on a tour of Remaking the Renaissance for a close look at Renaissance textiles and learn about how researchers are remaking and restoring objects to study the fabrics and fashions of the past. Each tour will give an overview of the exhibition and a focused discussion about a few star objects on display. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and explore the potential of this research method yourself!
