Enjoy your delicious meal in the market dining room.</p><h3>About the Instructor</h3><p>What distinguishes the RCC Enthusiast Program from other cooking and tasting classes? Our facilities and our instructors are world class and we insist on having fun!</p><p>Don Eagle graduated the Culinary Institute of America in 1976 and has been cooking ever since. Upon graduation Don started a 3-year apprenticeship under a Master Chef from Italy. Don later became a Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation. Don spent most of his, more than 40- year career working for Flik.</p>
