<p>Learn how to prepare osso buco milanese with lemon and garlic gremolata, potato zucchini cakes with chive and black pepper topping, escarole saute, friese salad with candied walnuts, berries, and yogurt poppy seed dressing, and classic crepes Suzette for dessert. Enjoy your delicious meal in the market dining room.</p><h3>About the Instructor</h3><p>What distinguishes the RCC Enthusiast Program from other cooking and tasting classes? Our facilities and our instructors are world class and we insist on having fun!</p><p>Don Eagle graduated the Culinary Institute of America in 1976 and has been cooking ever since. Upon graduation Don started a 3-year apprenticeship under a Master Chef from Italy. Don later became a Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation. Don spent most of his, more than 40- year career working for Flik.</p>
