<P>Kingsborough Community College is offering a<STRONG> tuition-FREE User Experience training program</STRONG>.  Our program is a part-time 21-week evening or day program offered at our main campus KCC and Citytech.</P>
<H3 CLASS="MsoNormal">What you'll learn:</H3>
<P><STRONG>In our 21-week part-time program,</STRONG> you will learn from current industry experts via hands-on projects which will focus on important design thinking process such as:</P>
<UL>
<LI>Intro user experience design & wireframing</LI>
<LI>Human center design</LI>
<LI>Visual design</LI>
<LI>HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Designers </LI>
<LI>Project management</LI>
<LI>Work on a real client project</LI>
<LI>Capstone portfolio development</LI>
</UL>
<P> As students complete the program they will get an array of support services such as career development, soft skills prep, portfolio review, and job placement assistance.</P>
<H3 CLASS="MsoNormal">Who should attend</H3>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">We welcome those with an interest and passion for design and technology! Career changers, designers, coders, anyone looking to jump-start their career. Bring all your questions!</P>

<LI>Have at least a High School diploma or GED<BR></LI>
<LI>Able to work in the U.S.</LI>
<LI>NYC Resident</LI>
<LI>Comfortable using and learning technology </LI>

<P>If you register for the event please <EM><STRONG>check your email</STRONG></EM> and look for the order confirmation which will have the room location for the day you register.</P>

<H4><STRONG>How many UX training sessions will you be having?</STRONG></H4>
<P>KBCC/ CUNY Techworks program will be having 3 sessions per year one during Spring, one in the Summer, and one in the Fall until 2020.<BR></P>
<H4>What is the days and time for the classes?</H4>
<P><SPAN>The program offers two times during the spring semester. </SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>The evening program will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday. </SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>The mid-day program will be held from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday </SPAN></P>
<H4>Can I apply online for this program?</H4>
<P>No, you need to attend our information session and at the end, you'll receive an application for the program.</P>
<H4>How much does the training program cost?</H4>

<P><STRONG>Q or B lines: </STRONG><BR>Take the Q or B Line to the Brighton Beach Station, then transfer to the eastbound B1 to KCC or take the Q or B Line to the Sheepshead Bay Station, then transfer to the B49 to KCC.</P>
<P><STRONG>D Line (West End):</STRONG><BR>Take the D Line to the 25th Ave. Station, then transfer to the eastbound B1 to KCC</P>
