Our Annual General Meeting is a time to learn about the work the Cumberland Business Connector has done over the past fiscal year and to hear about our plans going forward.
A sit down dinner will be provided by the culinary team at the Amherst Golf Club.
The keynote speaker will be Tory Rushton, Minister of the Department of Natural Resources and Renewables. The Cumberland region is rich with natural resources, which is a major part of our local economy. There are also many opportunities for renewable energy projects in our region, from geothermal to wind to tidal, so we are excited to hear from Tory on initiatives and goals the province has in this area and how it affects businesses, individuals and others in our community.
