About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

Summary:

A workplace culture is defined by collective beliefs, values, and behaviors of the people in the organization. It is not products or services that bind everyone together; it is the culture - the strong sense of beliefs and values that everyone, from the executives to the front-line employees share.

A clear and well-branded culture makes a difference in an organization’s ability to attract and win over employees and customers. Culture development consists of identifying the organization’s purpose, developing a set of shared values, expectations, and behaviors, and integrating these guiding principles into daily operations and interaction.

Objectives:

  • Utilize a Purpose exercise to affirm or refine the core purpose unique to your organization
  • Discuss how you can gain organization-wide support for values, expectations, and behavior
  • Review strategies for integrating your purpose and values into people processes and practices
