This event will define culturally connected food and explore the current acccess that various AAPI communities have to such food. Additionally, the event will examine the impact of culturally connected food access on food security and health. Finally, the event will explore barriers and opportunities to expand culturally connected food access for all communities in Connecticut. The main focus of the event will be a community-focused panel.


The event will take place from 5-6:30 PM on May 14th in Room 1D of the Legislative Office Building (LOB) in Hartford.
