    Join N.C. Cooperative Extension for , we will discuss the differences between purple, white, and orange varieties. Sweet Potatoes vs yams, ways varieties need to be prepared and stored differently etc. Common pests, locations to plant, harvesting times, techniques and more will be discussed.
