The modern food system carries BIG responsibilities; as it is the BIGGEST employer in the world, the BIGGEST economic sector in the world, the BIGGEST user of land and water, and ultimately has the BIGGEST impact on the health of humans, animals, and plants.

And today our food system is unquestionably faced with BIG changes, from changes in consumer preferences driving new production practices to major disruption with new and novel market entries.

Together, with other food system stakeholders, we will guide you through a curated dinner and dialogue designed to explore - How will the food system produce, process, and distribute the “right” amount of protein, produced the “right” (safely, locally, sustainably) way in order to meet consumer demands?
