Join us for Culinary Skill Development Training, a comprehensive two-day program tailored for child nutrition professionals. This training is ideal for kitchen managers and head cooks, with enrollment available for up to four representatives per school district or CACFP facility.

During Culinary Skill Development Training, participants will:

  • Explore new recipes.
  • Strengthen focus on food safety, knife skills and time management skills.
  • Learn to use herbs for flavor enhancement.
  • Improve cooking with whole grains and vegetables.
  • Implement national best practices.
  • Create smarter lunchrooms.

To receive a continuing education certificate, attendance on both days is mandatory. This training is approved by CECPD.
