The Cray User Group will be hosting the annual CUG conference virtually May 3 - 5, 2021. Featured will be a technical program with papers, presentations, BoFs, Q&As and more. We look forward to helping you share your valuable insights and findings with the broader CUG community.

$0 (FREE) Registration for the XTreme SIG
Participation in the XTreme SIG is restricted to authorized representatives of SIG Member sites only and is not open to non-members. The XTreme SIG will meet on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
Registration Deadline: May 3, 2021
Cancellation/refund policy: Conference registration cancellations must be received by the CUG Office by May 3, 2021. All registration fees will be refunded (less a $25 service fee) if the cancellation is received by that date.

What are the important deadlines for the event?
The deadline for submissions to CUG 2021 has been extended to March 21, 2021 anywhere on earth. Details are here: https://cug.org/cug-2021-call-for-papers/.
All dates and times are in the local timezone of the conference, Eastern Daylight Time. For the dates below starting times are 12:00 AM for registration opening days and 11:59 PM for deadlines (abstract submission, room block, and papers).
- 17 Mar 2021: Registration opens
- 21 Mar 2021: Abstract submission close
- 10 Apr 2021: Paper/presentation due
- 3-5 May 2021: CUG Conference
Who may attend?
CUG meetings are not open sessions according to our organization's bylaws and guidelines. Attending CUG requires a documented affiliation with a CUG member site, sponsor, or approval as a visitor by one of the CUG officers. Approved non-members may register at the non-member rate during the normal or late period.
Employees of a CUG Member site (identified by CUG Site Code), and users of computing services provided by a CUG Member site (as confirmed by the site voting representative), may attend a CUG meeting at the member rate. With the acquisition of Cray by HPE, CUG welcomes HPE Apollo customers to join the organization and participate in the upcoming CUG 2021 conference. If you have any questions about eligibility to attend please contact the CUG Board prior to registering.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting the local arrangements committee. Note: Registration fees can be refunded (less a $25 service fee) if cancellation is received by April 27, 2021.
