Cuddle Puddle
a platonic intimacy experience
This immersive experience is designed to deepen your understanding of platonic intimacy, boundaries, consent, and somatic modalities in a safe and supportive environment. Through a combination of interactive exercises, group discussions, and experiential learning, participants will cultivate the skills and awareness necessary for authentic connection without the pressure of romantic expectations. Facilitated by an experienced somatic practitioner, Jessica Langley, "Cuddle Puddle" offers a space for individuals to explore their relationship with touch, consent, and embodiment. You'll learn practical techniques for communicating boundaries, recognizing and respecting the boundaries of others, and embodying consent in every interaction.
Whether you're seeking to enhance your friendships, improve your communication skills, or simply connect with others on a deeper level, "Cuddle Puddle" provides the tools and insights you need to navigate platonic intimacy with confidence and respect.
The Cuddle Puddle was created: to help heal our community through a collaborative social happening, rooted in values of respect, vulnerability, and mutual care. The importance of touch in our culture has been undervalued, and the lasting effects of social isolation is seen in the mental well-being of our communities. Together we will foster a warm, inviting, and healing environment for us to share in this unique event. Join us and embark on a transformative journey toward more meaningful and fulfilling connections.

Meet Jessica.
Jessica Langley is a Somatica® Institute trained sex and relationship coach, psychedelic mentor, and somatic sexologist based in Colorado Springs, CO. I am dedicated to liberating humans from toxic shame and helping people live more authentic lives. I believe that embodied pleasure is a birthright, and I can help you reclaim your sacred eroticism. I am queer and polyamorous, and through my personal journey I have learned to overcome anxious attachment style patterns, heal from childhood trauma, and embrace ecstatic self love. I offer my abilities as an empath to attune to others and stay connected to the body and emotions. I have developed a trauma informed system of sensual and playful practices to help you reclaim your right to pleasurable wholeness and deeper connection. As a lifelong artist with an MFA in studio art, I think outside the box and offer creative solutions to problems. Sensuality has become my primary media of expression. I am certified as apprentice in sexology by the American Board of Sexology.
