Cuddle Party
Overview

Discover the Art of Connection: A Guided Cuddle Party - Sunday March 15th

Discover the Art of Connection: Cuddle Party & Play Space

Have you ever wondered what a Cuddle Party is? It's a unique, structured social event designed for adults to explore communication, consent, and community through platonic touch. Part workshop, part social experience, it’s a safe, respectful, and nurturing space to connect.

We begin with a "Welcome Circle" where our facilitator will guide you through the essential principles of consent and communication. This foundation ensures a comfortable environment where everyone feels empowered. Then, we'll put these skills into practice during a fun and open cuddle social!

Why Cuddling?
Human touch is a fundamental need. Friendly, consensual cuddling releases oxytocin, a "feel-good" hormone that can:

Lower blood pressure and reduce stress

Boost your immune system

Enhance feelings of safety, comfort, and belonging

In a world that can often feel lonely or stressful, this is an opportunity to connect in a way that is affirming, joyful, and beneficial for your mental and physical well-being. All are welcome, whether you are single or partnered.

Your Safety and Comfort are Our Priority
Your facilitator will be there to support you every step of the way. The first hour is a dedicated workshop covering:

Gaining clarity and confidence in asking for consent

Identifying and setting firm, compassionate boundaries

Finding comfort, support, and encouragement within the group

A Note on Community Health:
To protect our community, we ask that you do not attend if you have symptoms of any contagious illness (including a stuffy nose, cough, flu, or COVID-19). In such cases, you will receive a full refund. Let's keep our community well.

Event Details & Etiquette
What to Expect:

2:00 PM - Doors Open: Arrive, settle in, and get comfortable.

2:30 PM - Welcome Circle & Mandatory Consent Talk: This is when we go over the rules and engage in guided activities. Please arrive on time—once the circle begins, no further attendees will be admitted.
Cuddle Time: Practice the skills you've learned to connect with others or simply relax. The facilitator is available for guidance. This is an experiential event; while we don't guarantee a specific outcome, we guarantee a supportive environment for you to explore your own comfort and joy.

4:45 PM - Closing Circle: We'll come together for a brief, reflective close to the evening.

Our Rules for a Safe Space:

Pajamas or comfortable clothing stay on for the entire event.

Touching is not allowed without consent.

You must ask verbally and receive consent before initiating any touch.

Be direct: If you're a "yes," say "YES." If you're a "no," say "NO." ("Maybe" is a "no.")

You can grant or revoke consent at any time.

Respect your relationship agreements.

Involve the facilitator if you need assistance or have a question.

Both tears and laughter are welcome.

Respect everyone's privacy.

Please help us keep the space tidy.

What to Wear & Bring:
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, we encourage pajamas, lounge wear and kink wear. You can also wear shorts and a t-shirt. The space can be cool, so layers are recommended.

All you need to bring is yourself! If you like, you can also bring:

A blanket, pillow, or favorite stuffed animal

Non-alcoholic beverages or snacks to share

Ready to experience a new kind of connection? We look forward to welcoming you.
