The beginning of the school year moves quickly, and for Year 2 CTSS schools, the first few months are filled with important deadlines, data analysis, and program implementation work. Instead of trying to fit it all into an already busy school day, join us at CIESC for a focused half-day work session designed to help you make meaningful progress.Bring your team, ask questions, receive individualized guidance, and leave with concrete next steps for your Gold-level submissions. Whether you're refining your Annual Administrative Conference, organizing data, or planning your fall implementation, you'll have dedicated time and support to get started.Who Should Attend:This workshop is designed for school counselors and school counseling teams entering Year 2 of Carrying the Torch to Student Success (CTSS) and pursuing Gold recognition. Administrators who actively support CTSS implementation are also welcome to attend with their counseling teams.---ESC and CIESC Member DiscountsIs your school district a member of CIESC or another ESC in Indiana? You can register at a discounted price! Check the link below to verify your school district's ESC member status. Once ready you will click the registration option for an ESC Member District or CIESC Member District to receive the discount. Invoices will be sent upon completion of the event. If you are submitting a purchase order, please send it to Maddy Storz (mstorz@ciesc.org).  Cancellation Policy Cancellations made before the payment settles (usually within 24 hours) will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made 7 calendar days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will receive a 75% refund. Any cancellation made on the day of or after will NOT receive a refund. In-Person Events Please note this event will be held in person. In the case of unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather or situations beyond our control), alternative arrangements will be considered.
