Yes, there is a private room available for pumping and/or breastfeeding.

What is the refund policy?

Connecticut Children's will issue a full refund as long as we are notified of the cancellation within 24h of the event.

Can we audio or video tape presentations?

No audio or video recordings will be permitted.

Will food options for dietary restrictions be available?

Yes. Gluten free and Vegetarian options will be available for both breakfast and lunch. Please notify the event coordinators if you have a different dietary restriction.

What are the parking accommodations?

Parking is free and is available in the Travelers Garage. Entrance is directly next to the Club on Prospect St. Signs and/or balloons will be posted at the entrance for easy visualization of the parking accomodations.
