COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES TRAINING

The Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) CSS initiative is offering CSS orientation modules available on the Canvas (online) learning platform. Three modules are open to all CSS staff, from new staff getting started to veterans who would like a refresher. Two modules are solely for clinicians (RN's, LPC's, LCSW's, LAC's, and LSW's) who develop and complete CSS documentation.

The first 3 modules are:

• An Overview of CSS Admissions and Documentation Processes

• CSS Services

• The Golden Thread of Documentation

The two modules for CSS clinicians are:

• Developing the Rehabilitation Needs Assessment

• Developing the Individualized Rehabilitation Plan

The content is online and can be completed at your own pace. There is no current closing date for the trainings.

Please note, these are the same modules used as pre-requisites for the CSS Training Series so people enrolled in that training do not need to retake these modules.

If you have any questions regarding the CSS Orientation modules or Canvas, please contact Emilie Banz banzer@shp.rutgers.edu, Crystal Socha cvs38@shp.rutgers.edu, or Earle Leitch leitcheo@shp.rutgers.edu.
